A scuola di "Sculture di Pane"

"La passione creativa artistica ha sempre accompagnato (ottavio g.) pressoche' dalla nascita, sino a spingerlo (in eta' adulta) nel settore ceramica.
La combinazione o il "destino", ha fatto si' che ottavio incontrasse teresa, anch'essa amante d'arte (se bene meno praticante), proprio in un periodo di crisi di lavoro per la ceramica, cosi' che oltre a realizzare il loro matrimonio, lo ampliarono rilevando anche il panificio di famiglia (visto che la teresa era la fornarina n° 1 nella gestione e produzione dell'attivita'). Dopo questo "duplice matrimonio" (composto da ottavio con teresa e arte con pane), anche la "prole" cresceva, i figli si completavano a 5, mentre le sculture in pane sono tuttora sempre piu' numerose e "belle", al punto da sembrare ceramiche (per questo sono molto richieste in particolar modo per esposizioni), in effetti, proprio le varie esposizioni di queste, hanno incitato i colleghi a continue richieste per imparare, suscitando conseguentemente la decisione dei coniugi a condividere quest'arte con chiunque ne facesse richiesta. "L'impresa" della 1° scuola per sculture in pane, e' nata circa 13 anni fa, inizialmente gestita nel proprio panificio; dal 1995 si e' dovuto procedere a fare gestire il panificio artistico dai propri figli per dare spazio e vita alla specifica struttura, con laboratorio (per scuola) oltre la mostra di varie centinaia di opere con vendita, non solo di queste, ma anche di utensili (utili per la realizzazione); piu' del 50% di questi sono prodotti dagli stessi coniugi, e disponibili anche ad essere spediti per corrispondenza.
Certamente nulla si costruisce senza sacrifici, fra questi anche la concorrenza di un certo numero degli stessi allievi, o allievi di questi; nessuno di loro ha minato la 1° scuola: grazie all'amore e al coscienzioso metodo didattico usato dagli stessi fondatori e maestri), grande e' tutt'ora la soddisfazione nel vedere il beneficio recato a migliaia di allievi, ormai i campioni di pani artistici (in modo particolare in italia), non si contano piu'. alla domanda se lo rifarebbero ancora? la risposta e' si': perche' abbiamo scoperto che e' proprio vero, che e' dando che si riceve…"
